Tiny Airport: Runway Rush

Tiny Airport is a casual top-down game about running a small airport. Planes arrive one after another and you are ground control: tap to land them on the runway, drag them to a free stand, send the fuel truck, baggage cart and shuttle bus, and when every job is done, send them back into the sky. There is one runway, one taxiway and one apron road. Hesitate and a plane sitting on the runway blocks everyone else, too many trucks jam the road, and planes that grow tired of circling divert and cost you a reputation star. Lose all five and the airport closes. Every departure pays coins, and a fast turnaround pays a bonus. Between shifts you spend them on new stands, more vehicles, a wider road, faster crews and runway lights, and the airport grows right on screen. Each shift is busier than the last. A four-step tutorial, saved careers, world leaderboards through Game Center, and a relaxed-pace option. iPhone and iPad, portrait, one hand. A round takes a few minutes.

01Overview

Gregory Comwell (“we”, “us” or “our”) built Tiny Airport: Runway Rush with your privacy in mind. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

By using Tiny Airport: Runway Rush, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

02What Data We Collect

Tiny Airport: Runway Rush does not require an account and does not collect personal data. The app works on your device, and what you do in it stays there.

The only exception is when you contact us voluntarily — in that case we receive your email address and the content of your message.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive data such as health, biometric or financial account information.

03Why We Use Your Information

Information is used only to:

  • To respond to your questions and support requests
  • To keep the app safe and prevent abuse
  • To comply with legal obligations

Gregory Comwell never sells personal data. Information is used only for the purposes described in this policy.

04Legal Bases (EEA & UK Users)

For users in the EEA and UK, the GDPR requires a legal basis for processing. We rely on:

  • Consent: for optional features like tracking, notifications or location — revocable at any time in iOS Settings.
  • Contract: where processing is necessary to provide the app and features you requested.
  • Legitimate interests: such as maintaining security and improving the app, provided your rights do not override them.
  • Legal obligation: where we must process data to comply with the law.

05Third Parties

We do not share your information except as follows:

  • Service providers: trusted companies that help us run the app (for example hosting, analytics or crash reporting), bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal requirements: when required by law, court order or to protect the rights and safety of our users or others.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply.

06No Cross-App Tracking

We do not track you. Tiny Airport: Runway Rush does not link your data with third-party data for advertising, and it does not access your advertising identifier.

07Data Retention

Data is stored only as long as necessary to provide the app and meet legal obligations. Support emails are kept while we help you and for a reasonable period afterwards.

You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

08Keeping Your Data Safe

We use industry-standard measures such as encryption in transit and access controls to protect information.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we work hard to protect your data.

09Your Rights

Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR and CCPA/CPRA, you may have the right to:

  • Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Deletion: request that your data be erased.
  • Restriction & objection: object to or restrict how we process your data.
  • Portability: receive your data in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent: at any time, without affecting earlier processing.

California residents also have the right to know what personal information is collected and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at maskevicdasa1@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

10Children

Tiny Airport: Runway Rush is not directed to children under 4, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

11Where Data Is Processed

Information may be processed in countries with different data protection laws. Where required, we use safeguards like the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses to protect it.

12Updates to This Policy

This policy may change as the app evolves or laws change. The latest version will always be available on this page with its effective date.
